1. Understand the Content Creation user landscape, needs and pain points
2. Redesign the Metigy Content Experience to embrace the delivery of Recommendations
3. Ensure we are creating an experience that delights our users

• Redesigning and redeveloping our content backend is more complex than initially scoped and cannot be completed in the short term with existing dev bandwidth.
