My role in this project:

1. Understand the Content Creation user landscape, needs and pain points
2. Redesign the Metigy Content Experience to embrace the delivery of Recommendations
3. Ensure we are creating an experience that delights our users

Content Creation discovery highlighted the need to rethink the entire content creation experience, spanning from Inspiration, Planning & Collaboration, Execution (scheduling & publishing), and the flywheel of Performance and Optimisation.

• A complete redesign will take too much time to deliver
• What is the impact of building it? Is it feasible?
• Let's rethink the scope and features
• Redesigning and redeveloping our content backend is more complex than initially scoped and         cannot be completed in the short term with existing dev bandwidth.
• Redefining our Goals

Pivoting our focus to the Execution (scheduling & publishing) 

✅  Introduce our core value proposition (recommendations) within the scheduling/publishing
      experience.


✅  Facilitate north-star ambitions to enable additional post-types, platforms and mediums.

✅  Align to the new Design Guidelines and grid system for a consistent user experience.

✅  Rebuild the current Content Creator to scalable, efficient microservices and remove the
       dependency on the Planner to unlock future development.
